Runs Right is a service-connection and dispatch platform. We match consumers with vetted, independent, licensed garage door and gate professionals serving their area, and we monitor the quality of every completed job through our internal review process. The technician, vehicle branding, and invoice may carry the service provider's own business name. Professionals who do not meet our quality standards are removed from the network.
All work is performed subject to an on-site evaluation and a written quote approved by the customer before work begins. Experience, warranty and guarantee statements on this website describe the standards we require of professionals in our network and are honored subject to these Terms.
Phone estimates are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed on site before any work starts. The $39 same-day service-call offer must be mentioned at time of booking, is applied toward completed repairs, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Workmanship and parts are covered by warranty as specified on your invoice. Warranty terms vary by part and service type.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
